Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Please note: All service sales are final. Eleve Wax Studio does not offer refunds for completed services. ⸻ 📅 BOOKING POLICY To schedule your appointment: 1. Click the “BOOK NOW” tab. 2. Select your desired service. 3. Choose an available date and time. 4. Submit the required 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received. ⸻ ⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We value your time and our appointment schedule. Eleve Wax Studio allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals exceeding the 10-minute grace period may result in your appointment being automatically canceled so that the remainder of the day’s schedule can remain on time. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. If you know you are running late or are unable to attend your appointment, please call or text as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee an accommodation, I will always do my best to work with my clients when my schedule allows. ⸻ ❌l ⸻ 🚫 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY Eleve Wax Studio is a professional, safe, and welcoming establishment. All clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately during their visit. Any inappropriate, sexual, threatening, harassing, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Eleve Wax Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate a service and refuse future services when necessary. In situations involving threats, harassment, violence, or other unlawful behavior, appropriate authorities may be contacted. ⸻ 🧴 SERVICE & SKINCARE POLICY For your safety and the best possible results, please disclose any relevant skincare products, medications, recent treatments, allergies, sensitivities, or changes to your skin during your consultation. Certain conditions or circumstances may require a service to be modified, postponed, or declined. Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician. Cancellation Policy

❌ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before Your Appointment You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit, subject to availability. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment Your 50% deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. Same-Day Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require an additional deposit or payment before future appointments can be booked. No-Call / No-Show Failure to arrive for your appointment without contacting Eleve Wax Studio will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-call/no-show appointments may result in the client being restricted from future bookings. Courtesy Reschedule Each client receives ONE courtesy reschedule when possible. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. ⸻
